1 Day Trek-Countryside & Hill Tribe Explore in Muang Sing

Trip overview
Easy trek through fields on a small food path to discovery countryside, visit different of ethnic minority groups in Muang Sing valley they are Akha, Yao, Tai Lue to see & learn about their lifestyle, cultures and traditional.

ITINERARY. Approx. 3-4 hours
Start at 9:00 AM from our office by Tuk Tuk (local transport) visit Tai Lue village “Ban Don Chai”, walk around the village, visit Tai Lue temple “The Tai Lue traditional style temple”, 40 minutes’ walk to Akha village “Ban Pha Kha”, an hour walking through agricultural field visit Ban Sai Leck, Ban Jong Ka and Ban Nam Mai they are Yao ethnic groups to see how to making their traditional clothes, lunch provided on the trail. 15 minutes’ walk to visit another Akha village “Ban Nam Daet Mai”. The villages you visited above you will get experience into the traditional, cultures & daily lifestyle of them. You will have personal interactions with the villagers & have the opportunity to experience firsthand from the Yao themselves the Yao culture & way of life. The final gets the Tuk Tuk back to Muang Sing town.

The price ranges from US$31/Person for 8 + Pax to US$115/Person for 1 Pax.

The price varies according to the number of participants. The price decreases as more tourists book the same trek!

Note: the price above non-include transportation if you start the trek from Luang Namtha. If you would like to start the tour from Luang Namtha, you will pay more for minivan 60-100 US$.
